A little intro…
In September 2019 Felicity (F.J.West Films) made her second trip to Ghana to film a documentary following the lives of two children, Jesse & Benne.
The film Second Chance takes you on a heartwarming journey of the two children who face the hardship of growing up in extreme poverty, in one of the poorest countries in the world, Ghana.
This film is an inspirational story of the incredible work Akwaaba Volunteers are doing to brighten the future of the next generation. Offering a unique look into what life is like for over 3.5million children facing the extreme struggles of poverty in today's world.
*The film raised £2500 for Akwaaba Volunteers to help them continue supporting all the children they work with in the community*
4 years later, Felicity is setting off to film Second Chance part II, to show everyone the great progress they're making and how important it is to keep supporting the charity and all the children they work with.
The second film will be entered into a variety of film festivals, showcased on Vimeo and both websites and a select number of screening events. We aim to reach onwards of 20,000 people across the world.

Children are the most vulnerable on the planet, and they are our future.
