BE PART OF MY NEW DOCUMENTARY
For a decade, I've lived with migraines. And for most of that time, I kept it quiet because when you run your own business, when you travel, when you show up every day and somehow get the job done, you worry about what people will think if they see the other side.
I'm done being quiet about it.
About UNSEEN:
UNSEEN is a documentary film about the hidden reality of life with migraine. Told through my own story, the people I meet along the way, and a clear campaign ask: that CGRP medications are made properly accessible on the NHS for the 10 million+ people in the UK living with this condition.
The goal is simple:
To make people living with migraine feel seen, heard, and less alone. To educate those who don't understand what this disease really looks like. And to push for real, meaningful change in the support and treatment available in the UK.
Who I'm looking for:
Whether you're newly diagnosed or decades in, chronic or episodic, I want to hear from you. No perfect story needed. Just the truth of what your journey has actually looked like. Real, unfiltered, honest.
Are you a medical professional?
GPs, neurologists, headache specialists, and other healthcare professionals are also warmly invited to share their perspective. Whether you want to speak to the challenges of diagnosing and treating migraine, the barriers around CGRP access, or simply your experience of supporting patients living with this condition, your voice matters in this film too.

How to get involved:
We're in the early stages… gathering stories, meeting people, and finding the voices that will shape this film. A handful of contributors will go on to feature in UNSEEN itself. Fill in the form below and tell me your story.
Your experience could help make a real difference.
